Position/职位： Senior Account Manager- Inside Sales

Workplace/工作地点：China -Shanghai

Main responsibilities/工作职责：  
1. Business management for JPN market: drive JPN business growth through cooperation with distributors, including providing commercial and technical support to distributors, working on JPN business growth plan and monitoring execution etc. (50%)

2. Account management for CHN market: Connect target customers to understand demand and provide end-to-end sales support including product recommendation, trial feedback and post sales track to achieve sales target. (30%)

3. Digital marketing promotion: prepare product promotion material for online sales and give instant support for online inquiry. Generate leads through diversified digital marketing approaches. (20%)

Job requirements/任职要求：  
1. 5+ years working experience in Japanese commercial environment, ability to communicate fluently in Japanese

2. Experience in chemical company or chemical background

3. Excellent external and internal communication skills, ability to provide proper support to customers or distributors leveraging internal resources

4. Result oriented and ability to work under pressure

5. Strong learning ability and desire for self development
